1. What data we collect

Please do not send us sensitive health information (such as diagnoses or medical history) through the website form. If a treatment is being considered, any health data will be collected separately and securely by the relevant licensed medical provider, with your explicit consent.

2. Why we use your data and our legal basis

3. WhatsApp and messaging

If you contact us or ask to be contacted via WhatsApp, your message and number are processed to communicate with you. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms; your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We use WhatsApp only to respond to enquiries you have initiated or consented to.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in Albania, the EU/EEA and, where applicable, other countries used by our service providers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, and thereafter as required to meet legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@albaniahc.com.

Under the GDPR (EU/EEA residents), you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Under the KVKK (Law No. 6698, for individuals in Türkiye), you have the rights set out in Article 11 — including to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, and to object to results arising from automated analysis. You may submit a request to us and, where unresolved, apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, KVKK).

In Albania, you may contact the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (Komisioneri për të Drejtën e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale).

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
