This Privacy Policy explains how ALBANIAHC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698) where applicable, and applicable Albanian data-protection law.

- To operate, secure and improve the website — legal basis: our legitimate interests and, for optional analytics, your consent.
- To comply with legal obligations — legal basis: compliance with law.
3. WhatsApp and messaging
If you contact us or ask to be contacted via WhatsApp, your message and number are processed to communicate with you. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms; your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We use WhatsApp only to respond to enquiries you have initiated or consented to.
4. Who we share data with
- Licensed medical providers and accredited facilities involved in your requested care, where you ask us to coordinate it.
- Service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, form processing, messaging), under appropriate data-processing agreements.
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed in Albania, the EU/EEA and, where applicable, other countries used by our service providers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, and thereafter as required to meet legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@albaniahc.com.
Under the GDPR (EU/EEA residents), you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Under the KVKK (Law No. 6698, for individuals in Türkiye), you have the rights set out in Article 11 — including to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, and to object to results arising from automated analysis. You may submit a request to us and, where unresolved, apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, KVKK).
